Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Amente purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Returned in their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Accompanied by the original packing slip

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

RETURN OPTIONS

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Store Credit

  • Complimentary return shipping.

  • Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card.

  • Store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Exchange

  • Complimentary return shipping.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • International Orders

  • Home & Lifestyle products

  • Promotional items designated as non-returnable

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@theamente.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Amente is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If you experience an issue with a shipment, please contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist with carrier claims whenever possible.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Amente reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
