Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed. Expedited options are available at checkout. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Email us at support@theamente.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

Every amente piece is made from premium natural fibers — including linen, cotton, wool, silk, and cashmere. We prioritize materials that feel good on skin, age beautifully, and have a lower environmental footprint than synthetic alternatives.

Our collection is produced in small quantities by carefully selected manufacturers. We work with producers who share our values of quality craftsmanship and responsible making.

Some of our pieces are made from deadstock — surplus fabric that would otherwise go to waste. Using deadstock is one way we reduce overproduction and give beautiful materials a second life. These pieces are typically one-of-a-kind and available in limited quantities.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. amente pieces are designed with a relaxed, considered fit — when in doubt, refer to the measurements rather than your usual size label. If you need help deciding, email us at support@theamente.com.

We produce in small quantities, so not all styles are restocked. Use the "Notify me" option on the product page to be alerted if your size returns. You can also email us and we'll let you know what's possible.

Natural fibers reward gentle care. We recommend hand washing or using a delicate machine cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. Avoid the dryer when possible — heat breaks down natural fibers over time. Always check the care label on your specific garment for guidance.

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle wool wash, or dry clean. Lay flat to dry to maintain shape. Store folded rather than hung to prevent stretching. Pilling is natural with wool — use a fabric comb to remove it easily.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please email support@theamente.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
